How to copy into doc. file?

Thanks to give respond to my questions.
I still don�t know how to copy the jpg file to doc file. when i tried mine, the file is docx.
what�s that mean? and how to change it into doc?

You just have to save your worksheet as word 97-2003. Are you using the word 2007?

If you are using word 2007(.docx) , choose the option "save as" and then "word97-2003"(.doc) . This page only allows to upload .doc documents.
