 i have one more a problem, how to compress the file? mine is too big to be sent.

							| The easiest way to try first is to right click on a pic and then under the picture tab at the bottom you will see the word compress. Click on it.
 Another small box will pop up chose to compress all pics in the file not just the individual one.
 
 Then save your new file and check the properties of how big it is.
 
 Most of the time this is all I have needed to do.
 Sometimes I have used photoshop to crop and make the pics smaller in Kb size there before adding to a worksheet.
