I tried to download two power points, they never went through, and now I have apparently hit my limit for downloads. I tried to go back to the same ppts, but I am now without points to re-download them, even though I never received them in the first place... |

That �s not right. If you �ve given up a point for a ppt, then you should have access to that same powerpoint free of charge in case the download has not worked properly. |

Contact the users who ppt. �s you tried to download, I am sure they will send them to you in email if that is the case.
