I am trying to do my � Relat�rio de Auto-avalia��o � and I �m getting crazy because this year the structure is very different from last year.
Do
you know where can I find one already done? I don�t want to copy it I
only want to see how I have to do it.

Elabora��o do relat�rio de autoavalia��o previsto no n.� 2 do art.� 19�
do citado normativo, com referencias obrigat�rias �s al�neas a) b) e d), e
cumprimento do explicitado no ponto 4. CAN YOU HELP ME, PLEASE?
