Hi,

I am teaching international adult students.  They are taking an intensive eight week intermediate course in English, which is different from our regular general integrated english classes which have sixteen weeks of curriculum.  Anyways, I haven �t created a good report card format for this class.  I would like to ask the teachers if they have any suggested formats? 

I �d appreciate any suggestions.
