HOW TO CHANGE A FILE SIZE?

I HAVE 1 POWER POINT BUT I CAN NOT UPLOAD BECAUSE IT IS TOO LARGE.THEY ASK ME TO CHANGE THE FILE SIZE BUT I DON �T KNOW HOW TO DO.PLEASE HELP.IT HAS 12 SLIDES.

First of all, there �s no need to use caps all the time as it �s as if you were yelling.

As to the change of the size of you ppt, you can either compress the images in it which will make it lighter or upload it in two parts 6 slides each.
