							| Concept checking questions
 |
							| Hello,
I am doing CELTA and as part of our language analysis assignment we write concept checking questions (CCQ) for some words, phrases and sentences. e.g. sociable CCQ for intermediate adults: If you watch TV on your own, are you sociable? (NO) Is going to parties and meeting people sociable? (YES)   If you could help me to think of CCQs for the word countryside for elementary adults, I would really appreciate it!!!    I also wonder, do you use concept checking questions in your teaching?    Thank you very much | 7 Jul 2012
