I FREQUENTLY TRY TO UPLOAD SOME WORKSHEETS BUT IT SAYS NO ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FOUND..
I AM A MEMBER AND I CAN LOG IN ,DOWNLOAD FILES BUT WHEN I TRY TO UPLOADA DOC. AN ERROR OCCURS.. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Are you uploading docx files? If so, change it to Microsoft Word 97-2003.
Go to file, save file as -- and then change the type of doc you file it under.
