What is the best software for pc to make worksheets beautiful (adding pictures, graphics, founts, frames, backgrounds,...)?

Hi,
Personally I use Microsoft Office 2003 Professional, but there is a free software openoffice that is similar. After reading the free tutorials here (what Sophia recommended) you can create cool wss, just try to be creative. :)
