Any ideas for tomorrow´s speaking lesson?

I´ve run out of ideas and tomorrow i have a one-to-one speaking lesson (intermediate level).
I would like to do something interactive, funny, just speaking. No board games or anything similar.

I highly recommend the "Changing Paradigms" lesson. Not necessarily as a lesson, but as an interesting perspective on education.
