							| English for DJS
 |
							| I m teaching English for disc jokeys and I was wondering how to say "play music" in the language of DJS. I m not either sure if to call it "elementary module for disc jokeys" this is the first year they are studying it. The module consists of two years. Thanks in advance and have a nice afternoon. | 27 Sep 2012

							| Back when they used to use vinyl - would say "spin" when mixing/in a club (or use the verb "mix" when making a mix - or "put another record on" when just playing a record.   Now with CDs it may have changed from put a record on to insert a CD   can t think of anything else out of the ordinary. (just play)   Hope that helps | 27 Sep 2012

							| and I hope your "jokeys" was just a typo. It should be "jockeys".   Bruce | 27 Sep 2012
