							| if you place the adverb CAREFULLY at the beginning of the sentence, it gives more importance to the adverb, hence the action of being careful.
If you place it at the end of the sentence, then it is less important, yet still important...

I do hope you know what I m trying to say....

 Bye for now

							| Carefully cut the top of the plastic bottle.
 carefully : adverb
 cut : verb
 the definite article
 top: noun
 of : preposition
 the : article
 plastic: adjective
 bottle : noun

The sentence is correct , and bringing the adverb"carefully" at the beginning is done to achieve a certain effect which is stressing  "carefulness"

 Hope this helps
