Here is a five minute starter/filler for your ss.
1) Match up the word with its definition 2) What have they all got in common?
1. Banana a) a vegetable 2. Dresser b) revitalise
3. Grammar c) evaluate
4. Potato d) a fruit
5. Revive e) mismatched
6. Uneven f) a table7. Assess g) language patterns
Did you get it? Take the first letter and put it at the end of the word, then read it backwards. They still spell the same!
