Dear all,

I�ve made 190 downloads so far, and my account says that I have only 165points! How can this happen? And I remember that the last time I downloaded worksheets I had had189 points already. Now I can�t download anything. Can someone explain to me what has happened?Ans of course, if there is anything I can do myself.
