This is a common complaint from contributors that occurs more regularly than I am sure Victory would like. I think it happens because of glitches which may occur in the receiving server or the server from where you are uploading. This problem is usually temporary and sets itself right in a few hours, though sometimes it may take a few days!!!
Have patience and persistence. Check that the contribution you are uploading falls within the parameters of size and format and if that is ok, then try, try and try again.
Sometimes the system takes on a life of its own and like humans just refuses to cooperate for a while. But if you are nice and kind to it, then it usually responds eventually. |
