Hi,
Today I �ve tried (more than five times) to download two worksheets but my internet kept failing, that �s why I also kept on trying. Well, I couldn �t get the worksheets but the points were taken from my account. What can I do in a situation like this? Is it possible to have access to my downloads in order to prove that these 2 worksheets were repeatdly asked to be downloaded?

I see you have earned 18 points with your worksheets and your current points show as 18. I do not think any points have been taken from your account. If you get 30 points you can get some free downloads, so keep up the good work! |

Aren �t points subtracted the next day Apodo? I also have had the same issue as profcat and have previous stated it as a problem along with others. I really think there is a problem and the site admin needs to look into this. |
