							| Authentic readings

							| I use our local news e.g. www.stuff.co.nz- I m sure you would have a similar site. Try typing in the name of your local newspaper. They say that truth is often stranger than fiction - you ll be amazed at what you can find! Another site is http://www.darwinawards.com/darwin/ . I hope that helps. :-)) | 28 Nov 2012

							| I ve just uploaded a reading comprehension that I use as an exam for my 15-year-old students. It s about  the facebook murder in Holland. The article is a very recent one (August 24 2012) and its content is a bit shocking for teenagers. I don t know whether you have heard about it, but it s about a young couple (teenagers) who conspired to kill a 15-year-old former friend because she had made nasty comments about the girl on facebook. The couple hired another teenager to kill her and they paid him 16 and promised to pay his drinks when he went out... The only problem is that you will have to wait till tomorrow since it won t show until then... I forgot to mention that it is an authentic reading as I took it from The Daily Mail online... I just made my own questions to it (true/false, vocabulary and multiple choice... so easy to correct    ) | 29 Nov 2012
