Hi When I hit the reply button on the forum, I get this message:
Your web browser is not Rich Text Enabled. You are using the standard text box area.
I can write a message. I just don �t have access to emoticons and my text can only be in the center.
This only happens when I �m using Firefox.
Hope someone can help me solve my problem!

Hi Manon,
Just to let you know I �m on Firefox and don �t have a similar problem so don �t know what to suggest, but hopefully someone else will be able to help you out.

Hi,
I had the same problem. Just download the new version of firefox which is 17.0.1.
Everything will be fixed then.
