I �m think of buying a program that gives me asses to it but I can �t use the clip are here

This site iclipart is strictly forbidden here as it has been a source of very great problems for several members (who had bought their program).

One of their conditions of use is that you can use their program ONLY for you and your class. They forbid you to share wss on every other site even if you earn nothing !

Victor has taken the decision to ask esl members not to use iclipart (particularly) or every other watermarked pictures to prevent any problem.

Sorry. But there are a great choice of other sites offering nice cliparts. Some are even free.
