What is the occupation of a person who works in car rental store ? Is it operator , agent ?

I �d say " agent" or " (car) dealer" but let�s see what native speakers think . In my opinion "an operator" is somebody who runs a business or who is employed to operate a machine... Flori |

Some businesses use:
1. Service assistant
2. Clerk
3. Agent
Personally, I prefer "Service Assistant".

Here in the States, we �d say agent. A car dealer sells cars (or leases for long-term) but doesn �t rent. |
