							| A question - Present Perfect
 |
							| Which is the correct option, I am doubtful:   SHE HAS GONE / HAS BEEN TO DUBLIN, NOW SHE ISN T THERE ANYMORE, SHE S IN KENT. SHE LL COME HOME NEXT WEEK.   Thanks :)   | 24 Jan 2013

							| Here, I would use "has been." She went to Dublin, but now she isn t there. When you use "has gone," you imply that she is still there. "Has been" simply means that she visited Dublin at some point in the past. I hope this helps. | 24 Jan 2013

							| The answer is certainly "has been". I have been dealing with the present perfect for about a month. So, i am very familiar with the similar usages. | 24 Jan 2013
