Help with boarders from free clip art sites

I was wondering if you want to use a free boarder from a free clip art site. What do you do so that you can use it by saving it onto your boarder and shading (in Art) in format in a word document.

Can this be done or do you save it on a word document and copy and paste it from there.

Can anyone help me?
