							| In the US, at least, that s how most people say it. James Brown also had a song "I feel good (I knew that I would, now)".   Bruce | 20 Mar 2013

							| Well would also be an an adjective here (rather than an adverb, which some people tend to believe), as would happy , sad etc. It s a perfectly acceptable use of an adjective after verbs like feel (such as seem or get - sometimes known as linking verbs or semi-copulas ) and generally implies good spirits, as opposed to health. | 20 Mar 2013

							| Feeling good is an overall feeling of well being.
 If someone asks you:
How do you feel and you answer - I feel good, that means things are going fine.

 If someone asks you:
How do you feel and you answer:
I feel well - then they might ask if you have been ill.
Feeling well is often attributed to being sick.
