first , yesterday I downloaded a worksheet entitled "appearance" but my computer absolutely refuses to print it, so what can I do?
Second , I � d like to upload some worksheets but as usual , they �re too heavy. Yet when I download some of your worksheets , they appear to be sometimes 1000KO or even far more. So how did you manage to do that? thanks for your answers.

This sounds strange. All docs should be 500kb or less or else they won �t upload.
If you provide the link of the ws you are trying print maybe we could try and see if it prints for us.
