Good evening ! I need a special favour, two, actually(!) I was asked to give a "forma��o" to adults about customer service... How would you advise me to organise it ( since there is no clear aims); any ideas/books i can have a look at? I �m starting next week (!!!) Big hug |

Hi, I gave a course similar to that one two years ago (Ingl�s de atenci�n al P�blico) . I can give you the programme if you want but there�s just a problem , it may be in Spanish (I can�t remember now ) . Send me a pm if you �re really interested and I �ll look for it .
