Please help me to upload the sheets. Whenever I try to upload something, it says "Internal server error" How could I solve this?

Make sure the file doesn �t exceed the limit size of 500 KB.
If it is a word file, save it as �Office 97/2003 document �: File > Save with a new name > Save as ... [Choose] Word Document 97/2003.
