Hi, this is my first time on the site as a registered member. I tried 3 times to download material but I couldn �t because it said that the material couldn �t be downloaded. Now, in my profile, it shows that I �ve downloaded 3 works. does this mean that 3 points have been taken dfrom the ones I already have? why couldn �t I download the material? TIA

I don �t know why you had a problem downloading worksheets. You have 5 points so you can download 5 worksheets.
Was there a problem with saving them to your computer? I usually choose save as and then save them in a folder so I can find them again. You may find they are in your computer �s downloads folder.

Maybe you clicked on �open � instead of �save �?
I noticed that if you just open the file, points are also taken off even though you didn �t download it. (which makes sense in a way otherwise we could all just open the file - press save in the word program - and download without "paying") |
