							| Expressing contents in a teaching unit
 |
							| Hi, could you tell me which is the right way to express the contents in a teaching unit, to-infinitive or -ing form? I would use the ing form because contents are usually expressed as nouns (advice, complaints, ...) but I m not sure ("finding information about the weather in London"???). Thanks Have a nice Sunday.

							| Hi Isabel!
I was taught the following way:

At the end of the lesson / unit students should be able to understand....; to express likes/dislikes, to tell the time and so on.....

 Hope this helps.

							| Thanks for your answer, but these are the aims of the lesson and I was asking about the way to express the contents.

							| I d  use ing for functions. Example: Giving advice | 19 May 2013

							| If you re listing content, then I d go with -ING gerounds, and any other nouns you want to include
 Good luck!
