							| The grammar police would say no, because everyone is singular and one should use "his or her" instead of "their." Using their in this context is not yet standard. I think it will be standard in ten or twenty years because it is in common usage. I have no problem with this sentence personally, but thought I �d point out a possible problem. |  19 Jun 2013
