							| musicians need a lot of "training"
 |
							| Hi dear members!
Ive got a question and Im sure you can help me.

One of my students said that "to be a musician you needed a lot of training" and this sentence has been in my head since then. I would have used "practising " instead of "training" but I want to be sure that "training " is not correct.
 What do you think?

 Thanks in advance

							| My brother-in-law is a musician in the Galician Philharmonic Orchestra and I would say that some musicians do training as well as practising because they need to learn new methods, instruments or compositions. Although, I suspect that your student has translated entrenar directly and actually means that musicians need to practice a lot.
