							| actually with one single audio file you can test various levels / listening skills...
 here s how I do it: http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=704299#thetop

you ll see that i check several levels (A1 - A2 - A2+ or B1 of the CEFR guide for teachers) with the different questions.

basically pupils with elementary skills (A1) will understand things like who is speaking (number of people, their names if they are easy), the global subject of the document ("sports", "food", "school" etc...), sometimes things like age, names of places (especially if they are repeated or pronounced very clearly)
A2 pupils will understand more (will be able to discriminate the sounds to choose the correct name for example), will understand more details as long as the voice is clear
B1 pupils will understand specific details, or easy details that are not spoken clearly (the voice has an accent, the person speaks fast...)

							| Depending on the age of the pupils, there are listening skills books for key stage 1 and 2, you read the instructions and the children follow - colour what they are suppose to do, if interested let me know and I will let you know the publisher... | 30 Sep 2013

							| You know listening with songs is always a good way to help the students. Mainly because a high percentage of students love music. | 1 Oct 2013
