Hi! welcome to the page. First, you should write in English, so more teachers can give you help. And also, remember the printables have to be in "old MS Office" format, I mean, the extension of the files is DOC, not DOCX, and in the Power Points, PPT and not PPTX. Also, check the maximum file size (500 kb and 2Mb respectively).  Good luck!
