This is definitely an awkward sentence, and might better be written as "What will the videos do that the writer is planning?", or mohamed ´s suggestion, or "What will the videos that the writer is planning, do?"   An important part of writing is being sure that your meaning is clear, and this one didn ´t accomplish that.
