Hello,

Could you please help me to put this sentence right?

A manager of a company invites me for a visit and suggests that I come with my colleague, so in my email I need to confirm that we will arrive together. Which sentence will be correct:

1. We will arrive with XXX to (name of company) at 3pm.

2. I will arrive with XXX to (name of company)at 3 pm.

3. We will arrive together with XXX to (name of company) at 3 pm.

4. I will arrive together with XXX to (name of company) at 3 pm.

The email should sound semi-formal, so would it be appropriate to use the word �come � instead of �arrive � in this context?

Because the time is given, "arrive" is definitely better. Since the person knows that XXX is coming, I think it would be best to say, "XXX and I will arrive at (company) at 3 pm. ("at", not "to"). Your option #2 is also good, again with "at" instead of "to".
