Hello.
First of all, Happy New Year to you all!
Well, I am working on handicap and disabilities with a class of teenagers, and I would like to know if some of you could advise me some songs dealing with that topic.
I only have found "Ruby Don�t Take Your Love to Town." by Kenny Rogers, but there may be some others, more modern...

This is probably not what you are looking for but it is the first one to come to mind. Not modern but a classic (I am giving away my musical preferences here..)
"Castles made of sand" by Jimi Hendrix 
It basically talks about how things don �t always turn out we plan, the last verse about a handicapped girl has a surprise.....(good to see who �s paying attention)
