check your file & the site rules , file size , clip arts ....

Maybe you could:

-try switching your internet connection on and off.

-clean your temporary files on your computer.

-log off and log in.

-make sure Java and/or Flashplayer are up to date on your computer.

-try with another Internet browser (Chrome, Opera...)
