							| Is it the same???
 |
							| HI TEACHERS,
I have a question:...How should we say: ...
"Moreover, quantitative and qualitative techniques were applied to know about the health situation." or "to know about the health situation, quantitative and ....were applied"
 Thanks a lot in advance!! | 16 Jan 2014

							| Hi! Both seem OK to me. Depending on what you start with, you put emphasis on the first part of your sentence. As for health situation , it s been used in the press about the Phillipines so I also think it s correct! Hope some native speaker can shed light on this! | 16 Jan 2014

To gain knowledge about or to learn about would be better/ or to more fully understand the health situation
We know about the health situation because both qualitative and qualitative research techniques were applied.
