i want to improve my speaking

I �m an english teacher for 8 years at a primary school.so i know english very well but while speaking with a native speaker i can �t speak fluently. one of our friend from this forum adviced me to speak with a native speaker on skype.

Is there a native speaker who has any time to help me!
