They overload you with responsiblities (you are given more than you should be given.) You are overloaded with responsibilities. But, if you are being told to do other peoples responsbilities then you are being unfairly treated, perhaps even bullied or being discriminated against. Dumping and being taken advantage of are other words that can be used informally for this situation as is offload when people offload their responsibilities on to you.
