Thank you for all the fantastic entries of the contest and I have a pleasure to announce the winner with her witty "daffynition", namely isa2:
"SUPERMAX is the son of SUPERSIZE ME and at the moment he feels very ill because he has eaten too many Bigmacs, so he daffinitely feels supermaxillary".
And the real meaning of SUPERMAXILLARY is: "pertaining to the upper jaw" and oumsalsabil was the closest to its true definition. Italians, for example, are lucky as they relate the adjective at once with the upper jaw.
