							| i need a help. i can �t understand what the following sentence say although i look it up. would you please explain it to me. 
 Under UK opportunity laws, an employee didn �t use to discriminate against on the grounds of race, religion or gender.

 According to British equal employment opportunities one cannot be discriminated while applying for a job regardless race, religion or gender.
 
 But I suppose native speakers have a better version....
