Hello everybody,
Tomorrow
my pre-intermediate class of restaurant workers (captains and commis)
is required to act out dialogues and simulate real-life situations and
use the language they have been learning in the hotel �s restaurant, but
I still haven �t planned how it should be done.
Will you help me with your suggestions? How should I proceed?

Hi,
My idea, if you have access to video or multimedia in your class room, is to play some scenes of movies that take place in restaurants and use their dialogs as an inspiration for your class.
Next you could write "waiter", "chef", "customer" and other ideas in small pieces of paper. To let your students pick out who they must pretend to be in the role-play.
You could also print some "Menu" to make things more realistic.
