							| I don t think this is a key ring. I think it s a pendant to hang on a chain as a necklace.   Bruce | 31 Mar 2014

							| Yes, this pendant is attached to a spring ring, not a large split ring. I agree with Bruce and flori on this. Bag pendant seems to be the standard name, according to my Google-fu. Some bag pendants appear to be quite expensive, although Hello Kitty is probably US $20 - $30. | 31 Mar 2014

							| This is a charm (sometimes called a pendant).  These days, they can be attached to many things to brighten them up   Mobile phones - see example here  Cat and dog collars - see here  Ladies handbags/purses/key rings - see here  The more expensive charms, made from sterling silver and gold, are attached to charm bracelets - see example here .   Cheers   Jayho   | 31 Mar 2014

							| I agree with Jayho - "mobile phone charm" etc. Pendants are only for necklaces. | 1 Apr 2014

							| Yes, I ll change my answer to "charm", but not restrict it to a mobile phone charm. Charms are often attached to other things, especially bracelets (called "charm bracelets").   Bruce | 2 Apr 2014
