							| I don t use whom that way. I would say: Which of your sisters works in this firm?

Is that the sister of whom you spoke? ( formal-   whom isn t used often these days)

							| I would use the same sentence as Apodo -"Which of your sisters works in this firm?" As far as I know, whom is only used when it is a sentence object and  also has a preposition before it, otherwise we use who.
For instance: Who did you buy that book for? (commonly used)  or For whom did you buy that book? (rarely used)
