Hi everybody,


I can īt download my ressources event if they are with a .doc, I īve got this followig message,


500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.


What can I do?

If you have put images in your document , you have to check that it is not too heavy, (max 500 ko)and I know that from France there can be difficulties sending ws at certain times of the day. Hope it helps!Sylvie
