							| Mmm I was hoping somebody else would answer this! I think it all depends... If, say, a mountaineer is climbing it and leaving a flag, he would leave it at the top of the mountain. If people were meeting up, it would be at the top of the mountain. Ah, yes, I get it! Because it �s a place so, at. If there is a lot of snow, it would be on the top of the mountain.
