							| Hello, there!
I was just wondering what helps us improve our teaching skills best?
Is it time and experience, a good mentor, the simple desire to improve, the demands technology puts on us, the challenges of the levels we are asked to teach?
Where do you, as a teacher, learn most? From peers, mentors, students... just interested. | 1 Aug 2014

							| In the school where I work it is ordered in this way: A: Self training (reading books/ joining teaching websites/ making attempts even if we make mistakes...)
B: sharing experience  between teachers (attending classes for each other/ organizing English language council .....)
C: training with experts (It is less important as they focus on theories)
