							| On a work sheet on professions  you could say a doctor works in a hospital, a teacher works in a school, a secretary works in an office etc. 
 or you could say doctors work in hospitals, but usually when defining where  a professional works, we use the singular (a doctor works in a hospital). |  3 Aug 2014
