							| ELOJOLIE274 is exactly right, but for even more completeness: clothing is an adjectival noun. Fashions is indeed the subject. Of is a preposition, of course, and today is the object of the preposition. Change is the main (and in this case, only) verb while frequently is the adverb that modifies is.
