							| I need help
 |
							| Hi, Can anyone tell me if following 2 paragraphs are grammaticaly correct. I need them for 2 recommendation letters.
I give my strongest recommendation to Mr. Gala. I have served as a doctor specialist Anesthesiology, and a head Specialist team rescue Ambulans Service. Mr. Gala has exhibited sustained superior performance at Team Ambulance Service. His responsibilities included providing medical assistance at accidents and emergencies, responding to emergency calls, diagnosing injuries and giving treatment, reporting details of patients to hospital staff.
As a had of the ambulance team Artur has proved him as confident leader who can accept the challenge and high degree of responsibility entailed in the position. He has shown the ability to establish an excellent relationship with many different workers including nurses, doctors and paramedics, students and other staff members. He is genuinely interested in helping others and providing excellent patient care in a consistently positive and skillful manner. He is extremely attentive and responsive to the needs of our patients and their families. His ability to quickly responding to the patient with life-threatening with procedures and patient care when needed, and the ability to get the job done is exceptional for others team members.
Artur is self-assured, responsibible, and great at coping with the stress associated emergency situations.
Thanks a lot in advance. | 4 Sep 2014

							| Hi, First, you didn t separate it into two paragraphs. Some of the errors are difficult to correct, but I will try. Since you mention his first name later, it would be best to include it at the beginning.   I give my strongest recommendation to Artur Gala. I have served as a doctor specializing in Anesthesiology, and a head Specialist for Team Rescue AmbulanCe Service. Mr. Gala has exhibited consistent superior performance at Team Ambulance Service. His responsibilities include providing medical assistance at accidents and emergencies, responding to emergency calls, diagnosing injuries and giving treatment, and reporting details of patients to hospital staff. As a head of the ambulance team, Artur has proved himself to be a confident leader who can accept the challenge and high degree of responsibility entailed in the position. He has shown the ability to establish an excellent relationship with many different workers including nurses, doctors, paramedics, students and other staff members. He is genuinely interested in helping others and providing excellent patient care in a consistently positive and skillful manner. He is extremely attentive and responsive to the needs of our patients and their families. His ability to quickly responding to patients with life-threatening conditions with necessary procedures and patient care, and the ability to get the job done are exceptional. Artur is self-assured, responsible, and great at coping with the stress associated emergency situations.   Others, please contribute as you see fit. Bruce | 4 Sep 2014

							| OK Broocie!
I would just make one or 2 further suggestions to Bruce s excellent version.
Line 2: Mr G has demonstrated a consistently superior performance. Line 9: his ability to quickly respond (no ing) to patients...... with the necessary procedures Last line: Bruce, you just missed out with the stress associated with emergency situations.
This is an excellent reference.   Lynne

							| Kudos to Bruce and Lynne.
 in addition,
It is usual to begin a letter of recommendation with something like, "It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for..."
Also it is customary to  say how long you have known him. I have worked with ___ for x years.
Line 5 instead of the word giving I would say providing Line 8  instead of the word   shown I would say demonstrated Line 15 instead of the word great I would say exceptional
I would close with "I recommend Mr. Gala without reservation." | 4 Sep 2014
